We are
trusting in God and in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior to
continue to lead and bless us throughout this conference year.
The
Trustee Board
Our Trustees are spiritual
leaders who are charged with the care of the church property.
They are nominated by the Pastor and elected by the Church
Conference. The Presiding Elder at the First Quarterly
Conference confirms the Board. This group is responsible for the
overall needs of the Local Church. The pastor will appoint a
president pro tempore in his absence.
Clear Lake A.M.E. Church purchased 3.5 acres on two adjacent
lots with an assessed value of over $300,000.00 near the Johnson
Space Center (NASA) and the University of Houston in Clear Lake.
This blessing from the Lord and the community, is believed to be
the first church purchased by African Americans in the historic
Clear Lake area.

Board Duties and Responsibilities:
We continue the upkeep of our
church. We are prayerfully working to fulfill our efforts, to
secure the home that God has planned for Clear Lake A.M.E.
church.
